Ilersac H/HC
Compact bagging solution for open, sealable bags. The bags are transported horizontally in the machine without opening the side gusset. It has been developed for maximum speed, precision and efficiency in demanding industrial packaging processes. Depending on the design, granulates or powdery products can be filled. Similar to an FFS machine, the bags are fed transversely to the direction of transport to the filling nozzle or sealing station.

Bag pick-up from magazine
Bags are taken directly from the automatically changing double magazine and separated via a grid.
Bag centering
After being removed from the magazine, the bags are centred and transported to the bag attachment system. Here, they can be printed if necessary.
Bag transfer station
The centred bags are pre-opened and transferred to the attachment arm. The film grippers only grip the bag at the sides. Ideal for side gusseted bags.
Bag filling and sealing
Filling nozzle with bag clamps and spreading device. The filling nozzle is immersed in the previously opened bag. Transfer station to the welding station with impulse welding bar.
Simple operation
The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel displays all functions in plain text. The calibratable weighing electronics ensure precise dosing, and variety parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.
Atex version
Atex versions available depending on explosion protection requirements. Operational safety for dusty or potentially explosive products. Dust extraction systems in Atex design.
