Screw packer BSP25
The new SSB screw packer BSP25 is a compact machine for filling valve bags (optionally also open bags) with powdery, heavy-flowing or fine ground bulk materials. The machine consists of a stable basic frame, a gross weighing system with screw dosing unit, an integrated agitator and a dust extraction system.The machine can be adjusted to different bag sizes.
The sturdy base frame made of welded sectional steel ensures a durable and robust construction. Removable side panels allow easy access to all drive components, and thanks to the compact design with a low product infeed height of 1500 mm, the system can be flexibly integrated into almost any production line.
The weighing frame, mounted on four points, comprises the filling spout with outer tube, the bag clamp, an extraction hood, a height-adjustable bag chair and a calibrated precision load cell for accurate measurement results. A transport lock protects the weighing system when moving the machine with a pallet truck or forklift.
An integrated agitator loosens products that are difficult to flow before they are evenly filled into the bags via the dosing screw. The system is controlled via a compact control cabinet, while a touch panel displays all functions clearly in plain text and enables intuitive operation.
Easy to operate
The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel displays all functions in plain text. The calibratable weighing electronics ensure precise dosing, and variety parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.
