Palletizer Ilerpal W
TMI’s hybrid palletizers combine the precision of robotics with the efficiency of Cartesian systems supported by sideshifters. This combination provides a high level of efficiency when stacking and overlapping irregular bags (e.g. open-mouth bags). The robotic top gripper allows the bags to overlap, compensating for their irregular shape and ensuring a highly stable pallet even in complex configurations or demanding environments.
The bag runs in at a high level and is turned into a bag chute by a telescopic conveyor belt. The bag chute places the bag on the packing tray with centering device at the upper level. The pallet to be palletized stands on the roller conveyor with hydraulic lifting device.

Bag infeed
The bag is fed in at an upper level and is transferred to the bag chute in a straight and controlled manner.
Bag chute
Mounted on 2 axles for precise placement of the bags on the layer plate with centering frame.
Palletizing station
The pallet is placed on the lift table roller conveyor at the palletizing station. The pallet is moved upwards according to the storage height.
Laying Station Intermediate Layers
With the Ilerpal W it is possible to insert/place paper, intermediate layers or cover sheets between the layers.
Simple controls
The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel shows all functions in plain text. The legal-for-trade weighing electronics dispense precisely, and grade parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.
