Stretch wrapper ILERGIR
The ILERGIR automatic stretch wrapper is a high-performance rotary table stretch wrapper for reliable pallet wrapping in modern production and logistics environments. The machine is suitable for almost all types of pallets and can be fully integrated into existing palletizing and packaging lines . Thanks to its modular design, the stretch wrapper consists of a robust turntable with an integrated cutting and welding system and a vertical column that guides and lifts the stretch film roll and simultaneously accommodates the control cabinet and control unit.
The ILERGIR stretch wrapper ensures a uniform and controlled wrapping process with continuous monitoring of film tension and pre-stretching. This achieves optimum load securing with reduced film consumption. A reliable film start without tearing off as well as a quick and easy roll change ensure high process reliability and minimal downtimes. The flexible positioning of the column independently of the rotary table and the small space requirement make the rotary table stretch wrapper particularly attractive for confined production areas.
The cutting and welding system integrated in the rotary table ensures a clean film finish and secure fixation of the pallet. The weld is made against a coated plate to prevent the film from sticking. Four frequency converters enable smooth movements and smooth machine running. The final wrapping is automatically doubled, which further increases the stability of the pallet wrapping. It is conveniently operated via a colour touchscreen, while the control cabinet is integrated into the machine column to save space. Different turntable diameters allow adaptation to different pallet sizes and make the ILERGIR automatic rotary table stretch wrapper a flexible solution for industry, logistics and shipping.

Lifting system
The lifting system is held in place by a strong tension strap driven by a frequency-controlled gear motor. The synchronized mechanism of the turntable, the unwinding system and the stroke ensure strong and reliable stretching of the pallets, which allows the greatest possible film to be saved.
Control panel
It is conveniently operated via the touchscreen on the winder column. The intuitive menu guides the user step by step through the wrapping process. All important parameters can be easily adjusted, including the number of windings at the top and bottom of the pallet, single or double winding, film pre-stretching, degree of overlap between the windings and the welding time. This allows different pallets and films to be adapted quickly and efficiently.
Column with foil holder
The column with integrated control cabinet carries the roll-off system. The control panel is installed on the back and can therefore be operated outside the safety area. The positioning of the column in relation to the rotary table can be flexibly positioned and reduces the space required around the rotary table.
Cutting and welding system
The cutting and welding system is installed on the turntable below the winding zone and is positioned via a lifting system. Two Teflon-coated welding jaws in the impulse welding process fix, weld and separate the film. Pneumatic cylinders hold the film ends securely while the last winding is gathered and fixed.
Rotary table
The driven roller conveyor is mounted on a ball-bearing turntable (Ø 600 mm) and is driven by a geared motor with frequency converter. Power, bus signals and compressed air are transmitted via a slip ring system; Valves and sensors are integrated directly into the bus system and networked with the main column.
Film clamping
The film tension is controlled by a magnetic detector attached to a loose pull roller. Thus, the tensile stress of the film can be kept very constant, and tearing of the film can be monitored. At the same time, too much tension is checked at the pallet corners.
Cardboard Moulding Model Ilerbox
The pallets can be strapped with a cardboard box for extra protection. Here, a cardboard box is pulled around the pallet together with the stretch films. This function is available as an option and is integrated into the stretch wrapper.

Automatic cover sheet applicator to protect against dust and moisture. Automatic height adjustment for optimal placement of the cover sheet. The lay-up function is integrated into the corresponding wrapping program.
Fences, protection and CE standards
The machine is protected by a security fence against intruders. The open exit of the finished pallets is protected by a light curtain with a muting system. The machine complies with the applicable CE directives and is marked accordingly.
