Multifill BE25

is a high-performance gross weigher for bagging a wide variety of products into open-mouth or valve bags. Thanks to its modular design and interchangeable jaw system, it can be used flexibly – from lumpy to powdery products.

The Multifill BE25 gross weigher is ideal for a wide range of packaging requirements and product types. Whether paper sack, PE bag with side gusset or aluminium composite – the system adapts to the requirements.

Replaceable filler necks via bayonet quick-change system allow you to quickly switch between open and valve bag operation. Combined with various dosing systems and a pneumatic bag clamp, the BE25 ensures reliable and precise filling – while at the same time being easy to clean and maintain.

Simple controls

The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel shows all functions in plain text. The legal-for-trade weighing electronics dispense precisely, and grade parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.

Changing the nozzle

The interchangeable nozzle system allows different filling nozzles to be mounted on the scale. The bayonet quick-change flange as well as the corresponding pneumatic and electric couplings allow for easy and quick changeovers.

Dosing systems

There are 3 different dosing systems that can be used in combination:

Swivel flap for free-flowing Products
Vibratory trough for chunky products
Screw for powdery and bridging products

Bag clamp

The pneumatic bag clamp seals the bag around the filling neck and ensures a clean filling process. The bag clamp is operated via contactless sensors.

Bag closure

Thanks to an integrated or side-mounted welding system, the bag can be closed immediately after filling with very little effort. Alternatively, side-mounted sewing systems can also be integrated.

Easy clean

Due to the flexible flange systems of the bag nozzles and the product infeed systems, there is very easy access to the components. This allows cleaning in the shortest possible time.
