Pneumatic packer Ilersac VBF Robosonic
The Ilersac VBF Robosonic is a sophisticated, fully automatic bagging system for valve bags that processes powdery and very fine-grained products. Thanks to an innovative fluidization principle, the material is conveyed by a targeted air flow, resulting in a constant and even filling flow. Thanks to a robot-assisted arm that supplies several filling stations, the system achieves an impressive output of up to 600 bags per hour. Its design is geared towards maximum autonomy, as a large-volume magazine storage for empty bags can be refilled even during operation.
The entire bagging process is automated – from gripping the empty bag and placing it precisely on the filling spout to dispensing the filled bag – controlled by recipe management for flexible product and bag formats. Thanks to multi-fluidization, homogeneity is maintained even with heterogeneous mixtures, and a robust design protects sensitive components from wear, even with abrasive products.
The system also impresses with its very clean working environment: a surrounding chassis reduces dust formation, and the use of ultrasonic closures for valve bags enables a particularly hygienic and tight seal – ideal for industries with high requirements such as the food, chemical, or building materials industries. Cleaning and maintenance tasks can be carried out quickly and efficiently, as the machine is equipped with easily accessible components. The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel displays all functions in plain text. The calibratable weighing electronics ensure precise dosing, and variety parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.
