Loading shuttle
The loading shuttle system has been developed to achieve targeted truck loading in loading lanes with several silos. The loading telescope is installed on a motor-driven shaker and, depending on the loading point, can be moved there in a targeted and precise manner.
These shuttle systems are usually integrated into silo control systems and customer order systems and enable complete automation of truck loading. In combination with flow scales above, the truck driver can carry out self-loading. Optional displays can communicate with the driver.

Silo connection
The silo connection can be can also be done in a wide variety of ways.Here there is the possibility of a pressure device that presses firmly to the silo outlet. Alternatively, there is also a Pipe system that slides around the silo outlet pipe without a fixed connection. A positioning accuracy of at least +/-50 mm is guaranteed.
Laser Measuring System
Using a laser measuring system, the shuttles can be positioned under a silo with millimetre precision. The silo positions are taught and simply stored. The system has a range of up to 200 meters.
Terminal at the loading area
Optionally, touch panels can be installed on the loading telescope. These enable structure-related operation through the loading system in almost all languages.
Identification systems
Through contactless identification systems, trucks / drivers can be assigned to an order and thus rule out incorrect or incorrect loading.
