Palletizer Ilerpal H
TMI’s hybrid palletizers combine the precision of robotics with the efficiency of Cartesian systems assisted by side pushers. This combination offers high levels of efficiency for stacking and overlapping irregular bags (such as open-mouth bags). The robotic top gripper allows bags to be overlapped, compensating for their irregular shape and ensuring an extremely stable pallet even in complex configurations or demanding environments.
The bag initially runs in at a low level and is lifted precisely to the desired layer level by a bag lifter. At the upper level, the bag gripper and packing plate with integrated centering device grip the bags and position them precisely for palletizing. The pallet to be loaded is stable on the roller conveyor, while the hydraulic lifting device optimally aligns it to the respective position. This results in safe, precise and efficient stacking of each layer.
Cardboard dispenser
Optional cardboard dispenser for empty pallets and/or loaded pallets.
Bag infeed conveyor
The press belt helps to keep the products in the correct position before they are pushed onto the pallet by the layer pusher.
Layer centering
For optimal centering of the layers on the pallet.

Simple controls
The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel shows all functions in plain text. The legal-for-trade weighing electronics dispense precisely, and grade parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.
