Ilerbag H
The Ilerbag H is a high-performance horizontal Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine that processes tubular film with and without gussets fully automatically. It combines film unwinding, bag sealing, filling and bag closure in a compact system, thus ensuring a particularly efficient and resource-saving packaging solution.
Depending on the product and flow properties, the machine achieves an output of up to 1,500 bags per hour.
Thanks to its compact design, high degree of automation and easy operation via touchscreen, the Ilerbag H is perfect for demanding production environments with limited space. The machine offers fast amortization, optimized material use and smooth product guidance – with minimal maintenance.
The machine is available in different versions with gross or net scales. Many options are available:
- Residual air extraction from the inside of the bag.
- Weld seam cooling system with cooled air.
- Corner sealing for more stable bag formats
- Anti-corrosion kit for corrosive products.
- ATEX versions for use in classified zones.

Bag closure
Head seam welding system with high-precision impulse welding. Detection of product grains within the weld.
Mobile versions
Mobile variants on wheels with and without drive or rail-bound.
Heavy duty scale
Legal-for-trade net scale with product memory for type-specific storage of product data. Display incl. visualization of weighing steps, easy operation.
Machine diagnostics
Error and status diagnostics, visualization of the individual machine groups with assistance content.
Easy to operate
The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel shows all functions in plain text. The legal-for-trade weighing electronics dispense precisely, and grade parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.
